Do I get my order automatically?
Yep! Except if stated otherwise you will receive your order instantly after payment. You can view your serials and replacements in the my account page.
How about refunds?
We only provide refunds if we can not deliver a product, not if you do not want it anymore – since you already got it. If you need a replacement and would like to switch to a different product, this might be possible.
